Gauge Matters

This is a swatch knit out of Louet Euroflax Linen yarn.  It is the same stitch count and the same pattern and knit the same size.  One is blocked and one is not (I'll be you can tell which is which).  There are certain yarns that it is imperative to swatch and block to get the right gauge.  This is one of them.  A lesson in gauge.

Ewenice is complaining because this coat is too big.  Won't you make her a new one?
